As the Lead Product Designer, I led the end-to-end redesign of Hera.AI’s early-stage web app, transforming a functional product into a refined, high-impact experience for space enthusiasts around the globe. Partnering closely with the creative director and the development team, I defined the design strategy, established a cohesive visual language that did not break away from the ESA (European Space Agency brand), and created an intuitive user flow that elevated both usability and brand credibility. My process blended deep UX thinking with polished UI execution- from auditing the existing product, mapping user journeys, crafting a scalable design system, and producing developer-ready prototypes. The result was a modern, trustworthy interface that clarified what exactly Hera.ai could offer and laid the foundation for future feature growth.
